Maria Menoounos grieves mother's passing

Maria Menounos is going through difficult times, as her mother, Litsa, passed away on Easter day.
The sad news was announced by the Greek-American presenter herself in a post on Instagram.
"Rest in peace mom. God loved you so much that he took you to him on the day of the Greek Easter. Christ is risen mom ", writes Maria Menounos in the caption of the black and white photo she uploaded.
Litsa Menounos has been suffering from brain cancer in recent years and has been fighting bravely to stay alive, while a few months ago, she was diagnosed positive for the coronavirus, as was the father of the famous presenter.
