Greek minister in Tarpon Springs for Epiphany

In one of the most important events of the Greek diaspora in the USA, which is organized with splendor every year at Epiphany in Tarpon Springs, Florida, the Deputy Minister of Shipping and Insular Policy, Stefanos Ghikas,participated, responding to the call of the Greek diaspora community.
Mr. Ghikas participated in the traditional events of Epiphany, presided over by the Archbishop of America, His Eminence Elpidophoros, which gather thousands of diaspora membersfrom all over America in Tarpon Springs, every year, .
He will also attend and speak at a special event organized by AHEPA, while he will meet with the presidencies and representatives of diaspora associations in the wider area.
The Deputy Minister of Shipping and Insular Policy also met with the Mayor and members of the |Town Council of Tarpon Springs, with political figures of Greek origin and with the Archbishop of America, Mr. Elpidophoros.
Also, as part of his visit, he also met with the CEO of the Port of Tamba Bay as well as with the Commander of the US Coast Guard base in St. Petersburg.
At the same time, through interviews with Greek media, he referred to the reform work of the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis..
