Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Festival Held Saturday, NYC
New York City's Upper West Side Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church is holding a festival this Saturday, May 17th.
The lively festival will include Hellenic music and dancing, with an abundance of pastries and cuisine. It will take place on the corner of West End and 91st Street, between 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The celebration is in honor of Greek culture in America and beyond.
Established in 1892, The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church is one of the oldest Greek Orthodox Churches in America. Reverend Father Chrysostomos Gilbert reigns as its proistamenos. Footage of last year's successful festival can be viewed below.
