No interest for Aquilani, more time for Mauri at Panathinaikos
Manager Andrea Stramaccioni is a keen admirer of the 20-year-old former player of Parma Calcio 1913, but his team has not made clear yet if they want to keep him or not at their squad ahead of next season. His agent, Dino Zampacorta, had stated recently that if AC Milan do not want his client, they should release him from his contract and not seek to find a loan deal.
The Greens have also denied the rumours about wanting to sign Italian midfielder of Sporting Lisbon Alberto Aquiliani, since the 32-year-old former international has a 2-million annual salary and there are other priorities at this position.
