Employee Quits with a Dance

A few days ago, an employee in a video producing company made a bold move in announcing her resignation. She made a video of herself dancing around the office to the soundtrack "Gone," by Kanye West. Subtitles were displayed while she danced explaining her reasons for quitting.
In the video, the employee, Marina Shifrin, was an editor for the media company, Next Media Animation in Taiwan, and stressed how even though she sacrificed alot from her personal life for her job, her boss only cared about the quantity of videos and how many people were watching them.
One thing is for certain, this resignation video was a huge hit on YouTube with over 8 million views and this employeeʼs arena display might actually secure her with good career opportunities in the future.
