Miss Universe has legal problems in India

Miss Universe, Olivia Culpo, is experiencing legal problems in India, due to published pictures of her photo shoot at the Taj Mahal, a holy sanctuary for Hindus in India. Ms. Culpo is in violation of what's called India's Heritage Act, wherein permits have to be issued for such pictures to be taken at this site.
