Stournaras at the 22nd Capital Link conference: The Recovery Fund should be permanent and the banking union should be completed
The institution of the Recovery Fund should be made "permanent" as a development intervention and rapid completion of the banking union with the exception of deposits from the bail-in process and the creation of a credit line by the ECB for the consolidation of banks.

Banks limit personal transactions during coronavirus pandemic
Bank withdrawals up to 400 euros in cash on a daily basis must be done through an ATM machine and not through a teller, the Hellenic Bank Association (HBA) said, introducing measures to discourage in-person transactions at banks as of Tuesday (March 24), during the coronavirus pandemic.
