Politico Europe sees Mitsotakis as a promising new leader

Kyriakos Mitsotakis is among the three policies that have significant influence on developments in their countries and on the European level, according to the news agency Europe Politico.
In his article, Dalibor Rohac points out that one "should not underestimate the influence new and ambitious politicians can have in Europe", stressing that "as Europe slowly but surely runs out of options, the tendency will be toward a revival of thoughtful reformist thinking and leadership.. "
According to the author, this is the case of Matteo Renzi in Italy and Emmanuel Macron in France, who will be one of the main contenders for the presidency of the country, and Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Greece.
The author refers to a speech of ND President where he stressed that“The whole divide between the supporters and opponents of the memorandum with the Troika was artificial. The genuine problem was that we were bankrupt,” which is on the same logical continuity of a comprehensive reform agenda, a belief that pervades the leader of the main opposition party.
