Privatization fund asks for higher bid for extension of Athens airport deal

Greece’s privatization fund HRADF asked Athens International Airport SA, the company managing the Greek capital’s main airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”, to submit an improved offer for the extension of the concession deal by 20 years, the fund announced on Tuesday.
Earlier on Wednesday, Athens International Airport SA submitted its bid which was evaluated by HRADF’s governing board.
