ND's Kikilias: Kammenos caused irreparable damage to Greek interests
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
"Panos Kammenos presented a plan in Washington which has caused irreparable damage to the national interests and the prestige of the country," New Democracy (ND) Defence Minister Vassilis Kikilias said in an interview with RealNews on Sunday.
Kikilias explained that the country is experiencing a national degradation because each minister only cares to promote his own interests. "It is obvious that the prime minister is unable to control his ministers as it was proven by Defence Minister Panos Kammenos' visit to the US," he said.
Kikilias reiterated that the main opposition will not ratify the Prespes Agreement, adding that New Democracy supports FYROM's accession to the European Union and NATO but through a negotiation process that respects Greece's national interests and creates stability conditions in the Balkans.
