Greek Hotels on the list of new luxury resorts for 2022

"Nobu", in Santorini

With a two-level cliff-top infinity pool overlooking Santorini's northeast coast, Nobu is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Greek landscape.

If you are more adventurous you could visit the Oia-Fira hiking trail right on the doorstep of the hotel.

Nobu's distinctive Japanese minimalism perfectly matches Santorini's iconic whitewashed aesthetic, with natural curves and hues interspersed with tropical palm trees and pool villas.

It consists of a collection of 40 luxury residences, where they are positioned between two mountains overlooking the Aegean – and the hotel's private beach. The infinity pool with sea water will offer unique moments of relaxation.

Destinations in Italy, Austria and Scotland round out the rest of Europe's list

The lion's share of the list issued by Luxury Travel Intelligence is held by Italy in Europe, as this year three new luxury resorts welcomed people. One is in Verona, called "Vista Palazzo", the second is in Tuscany, "The Club House at Fontanelle Estate" and the third is in Lake Como, the Hotel "Passalacqua".

In Austria the lights "fell" on the newly built "Rosewood" and in Scotland on the "Gleneagles Townhouse".
