Naval Group has posted a video of the launch of the FDI HN “FORMION” frigate at the Naval Group shipyards in Lorient, France.
The ceremony took place ön Wednesday in the presence of the Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias, the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff General Dimitrios Houpis and the Chief of the General Staff Vice Admiral Dimitrios – Eleftherios Kataras.

The frigate "FORMION" is the third in a series of "Belharra" type frigates, which together with the Frigates "KIMON" and "NEARCHOS", will strengthen the surface units of the Fleet.
