Smoke signal in cockpit forced emergency landing at El. Venizelos airport

A mini-alarm was sounded at El. Venizelos Airport on Thursday afternoon, when an aircraft taking off from the airport reported a security alert.
According to ERT, the crew of the aircraft contacted the control tower of Athens International Airport, requesting the possibility of an immediate emergency landing.
