Unions Challenge Staff Evaluation Efforts
Yesterday, ADEDY civil sector union federation and additional unions stated they will challenge Greece's supreme administrative courts over staff evaluation efforts, according to reports.
The unions believe these acts are unconstitutional and criminal. They are predicted to request from the courts, a ban of Administrative Reform Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' mandates to enlarge assessments to cover local authorities and public legal body sectors.
The unions believe that since the new rules defy constitutional articles and since they have not been published in the government gazette, they have no authority.
