Primetime Emmy Awards Nominate Greek-Americans & Greek-Canadian!
Three Greek-American and one Greek-Canadian entertainers have been nominated in this year's Primetime Emmy Awards, that will air live on August 25th on NBC.
Greek-Americans Tina Fey, Betty White, Zach Galifianakis and Greek-Canadian Chris Diamantopoulos have all been nominated. According to reports, Tina Fey is up for a Primetime Emmy in the category "Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series" for her work on "Saturday Night Live". Betty White has been selected for her hosting role in the category "Outstanding Host For A Reality Or Reality-Competition Program" for "Betty White's Off Their Rockers".
Zach Galifianakis has been chosen for his role in "Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis: President Barack Obama" in the "Outstanding Short-Format Live-Action Entertainment Program" category. Chris Diamantopoulos has been picked for his voiceover role as Mickey Mouse in the "Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance". Good luck to all of them!
