AHEPA Australia Holds African Youth Fundraiser
AHEPA's Australian Youth Chapter Achilleas 24 is holding a high-tea fundraiser on Sunday, September 7th to support Father Themis Adamopoulos and the children of Africa.
The Chapter has pledged that the efforts will have a lasting and substantial effect on the region, which is especially needed due to the ebola virus epidemic.
Father Themis has been internationally recognized for his achievements in bettering Sierra Leone's and Kenya's youth and has been nicknamed the "Apostle of the Poor and Oppressed", according to Neos Kosmos.
Revenues raised by Achilleas 24 will go directly towards Father Themis to back Paradise Kids 4 Africa's relief efforts. Generated funds will assist a medical clinic, schools and food.
