MH 370 Search Finds "Object of Interest"
An apparent "object of interest" has been found in the quest for missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.
Australian officials have claimed the find, however Malaysian authorities believe it is premature to determine if it is actual airplane evidence.
According to CNN, Australian Transport Safety Bureau Chief Commissioner Martin Dolan explained that the object looked like riveted sheet metal and was located on Western Australia's coast. Dolan claimed, "It's sufficiently interesting for us to take a look at the photographs...We take all leads seriously". However he added, "The more we look at it, the less excited we get".
The formation is currently under police custody in Western Australia. Law authorities couldn't offer any additional comments, as the object is being federally investigated. Additionally, the underwater drone search has unsuccessfully scanned approximately 80% of the designated territory.
