Greek Summer Sales Begin Today
Today brings Greece's annual summer sales that will occur until August 30th.
According to reports, stores across the nation will open on Sunday, July 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., marking the first Sunday during the sales timeframe.
Businesses in central Athens, Thessaloniki and specific tourist areas have the choice to operate each Sunday, under a new governmental scheme.
