The authorities have launched a manhunt for the perpetrator who killed a 50-year-old man outside a gas station in Analipsi, Thessaloniki.
According to GRTimes, this is a 45-year-old Albanian, who has been identified by the Police.
In the shocking video brought to light yesterday, the victim and the perpetrator had a heated argument outside a gas station. The victim (also of Albanian origin) attempted to hit him while he was outside a black Peugeot.
The assailant, who was allegedly in the car with his wife (who has also concerned the authorities in the past), shot him twice, killing him.
Perpetrator and victim were together in a cafe before the murder
Before the killing at the gas station, the perpetrator and victim were said to have been together in a coffee shop, before leaving to meet again outside the scene of the killing after a heated argument.
According to neighbors, the two men knew each other well and frequented the cafe in question before the fatal encounter at the gas station.
Border closed to locate the perpetrator
According to GRTimes, the authorities have been alerted as the perpetrator may be armed and has been involved in other illegal cases in the past. The Albanian drives around in a blue Ford Fiesta, or a silver Huyndai Getz, or a white Citroen commercial van.
EL.AS ordered the borders to be closed, to prevent his escape.
GRTimes released photos of the alleged 45-year-old Albanian attacker.
