Magistrate Visits Jailed Nikos Maziotis
Revolutionary Struggle leader Nikos Maziotis who currently remains at Korydallos Prison, was visited by a magistrate seeking his deposition, according to reports.
Maziotis was transferred to the Prison from Evangelismos Hospital in Athens on Saturday, against doctor's recommendations to remain under post-operation shoulder treatment. While hospitalized, he refused to answer a magistrate's queries over his activities.
The criminal was shot in his shoulder on Wednesday prior to his arrest. Maziotis now remains in a specialized prison cell which has bullet proof windows, as reported by Kathimerini.
