Greek-Australian Short Film Festival Accepting Worldwide Submissions
The Greek-Australian Short Film Festival is now accepting movie submissions.
This year marks the 6th Festival, which supports worldwide Greek filmmakers in all film genres. It is a sector of the nation's Greek Film Festival and is showcased in all major Australian cities.
A $1,000 cash prize is awarded to the Best Film in both the National and International genre. Judges of this year's Festival will be media and entertainment Greek-Australian experts.
Each film submitted must encompass one of these criteria: has a Greek theme, a leading actor or actress is a native Greek or has Greek heritage, or at least one of the directors, producers or screen writers is Greek or has Greek roots. The deadline for acceptance is Friday, July 31st.
