Nicole Malliotakis was sworn in as the representative of the New York's 11th Congressional District and sent a message of hard work for her term in office.
An American Dream turned into reality today when I took the oath of office to serve as the U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th Congressional District.
My parents came to this country as poor immigrants in search of opportunity and freedom. Today they witnessed their daughter being sworn in to represent the community we love in Congress. That is the American Dream we must work to preserve for future generations.
Rep. Malliotakis was sworn in by House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy with her parents, George and Vera.
I will work to advance policies that will keep our streets safe, protect our liberty and promote our free market economy.
This congressional district belongs to the people of Staten Island and Southern Brooklyn, not a party or candidate. Rest assured that, every day, I will do my best to represent you and our shared values in the U.S. House of Representatives.
I deeply appreciate your friendship and support.
Let’s get to work.
Nicole Malliotakis
U.S Representative
