Coach's daughter's death was a hoax

Translation By Lisa Darilis

He allegedly arranged his daughter's funeral, created a whole drama scene, whaled in front of dozens of people, and as a finale...he left to sign with another team? The reason for Ivan Tsop, the Slovenian coach of the handball team A.S. Ormi Loux of Patras, Greece, because he wanted to deceived a whole city in order to find an excuse to leave for Bosnia and sign a contract with the Borac of Banja Louka.

The alleged drama began in Patra, when he supposedly learned that his daughter was seriously injured in an accident outside her school. The beginning of the "scenario" was when his daughter was rushed by an ambulance to the emergency room, and was in a comatose state, which she succumbed to a short time afterwards. According to witnesses, Tsop was informed about her death when he was at the gym and he began yelling and crying in front of dozens of people who were there.

As it was natural, he asked for a leave of absence to go to Slovenia for the funeral, which administrative representatives of A.S. Ormi Loux were also to attend. All of this until it was revealed that ...there was no funeral!

A.S. Ormi Loux is considered one of the strongest female handball teams, having won first place and victory cups in competitions. The owner is a well-known entrepreneur in Patras. This news was quickly spread throughout Patra and has caused quite a sensation.
