Vice President Biden Addresses Clergy-Laity Congress of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America
U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to address the Grand Banquet of the 42nd Biennial Clergy-Laity Congress of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, according to the organization.
Biden will offer remarks during the event's finale on July 9th. An approximated 1,800 participants are predicted to attend the 42nd Biennial Clergy-Laity Congress.
It will take place in Philadelphia, PA between July 6th to 10th at the Philadelphia Marriot Downtown Hotel. His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America will chair the event, while the theme this year is: "The Orthodox Christian Family: A Dwelling of Christ and a Witness of His Gospel."
