Archbishop Stylianos Tours New Greek Orthodox Headquarters of Melbourne & Victoria

The Archbishop's attendance was with Bishop Ezekiel and Bishop Iakovos of Militoupolis, whom were received by GOCMV President Bill Papasteriadis, who gave them a tour of the new cultural structure. Papasteriadis described to Neos Kosmos, "The visit was a historic moment...It is an indication of good relations between the Archdiocese of Australia and the community."

The GOCMV President added to the Greek-Australian news portal, "What it reveals is that there is an open line of communication, there is a clear understanding by each organisation of its role and responsibility in our parikoia, and there's also good rapport between the organisations to work cooperatively on key social matters." Archbishop Stylianos stated to the Greek-Australian Orthodox community, "You're all doing a great job and deserve to be congratulated."
