Architect Nonda Katsalidis Constructs Priciest Apartment Building South of the Equator
Renowned Greek architect Nonda Katsalidis' most recent structural project is slated to be the most pricey and tallest residential structure, south of the equator.
The skyscraper is scheduled to be ready for living by 2019, while its penthouse is priced at $25 million dollars, making it the most expensive single dwelling to be offered in Australia, according to Neos Kosmos. It has been purchased by a Chinese businessman and encompasses the entire 100th floor of the construction.
Fender Katsalidis is the architecture agency that is selling the residences; the 1,105 dwellings were placed on the housing market in February. Over 1,000 of the apartments have already be purchased.
